“It’s a great location,” said Tim Sorteberg, a real-estate broker with Edina-based Avidity Real Estate Services, which has arranged financing, is coordinating construction and will be managing project slated to open in the fall of 2021. “Hudson is close to the Twin Cities, and it’s a great town.”
