This is one of my favorite examples of how thoughtful updates can completely change a home’s value in the eyes of buyers—without taking on a full renovation.

For this listing, I oversaw a strategic pre-market refresh:
• Removed an awkward kitchen island and second sink to improve the kitchen layout
• Repainted the interior in Sherwin-Williams Alabaster, a warm white that instantly brightened the home
• Staged and styled every room to highlight the home’s best features
