Ricard has already been here a month with no applications. Maybe his sweet little personality and tiny chirps aren't cute enough. Maybe his eyes aren't blue enough. Or maybe people are just missing out on one of the most affectionate cats in the building. Ricard currently resides in Room 9. He's waiting to be a part of your family. Are you coming? He just wants to curl up on your couch with you. He is around 4 years old.
