How did your county do this week? Here's the snapshot.

Anne Arundel County
Active: 1,383 | Under contract: 684 | Sold: 154 | Median days on market: 17

Prince George's County
Active: 2,193 | Under contract: 996 | Sold: 129 | Median days on market: 15

Charles County
Active: 695 | Under contract: 266 | Sold: 47 | Median days on market: 29

Calvert County
Active: 309 | Under contract: 132 | Sold: 22 | Median days on market: 8

Saint Mary's County
Active: 257 | Under contract: 141 | Sold: 25 | Median days on market: 15

What stood out:

Calvert had the shortest median time on market at 8 days.
Charles had the longest at 29 days.
Saint Mary's was the only county where active, under contract and sold all went up.
Prince George's was the only county where all three went down.
