I’m so thankful my seller trusted me to help her through this sale, and I’m excited she gets to move on to her next chapter.

This one was a whirlwind. We pulled off a 5 day escrow because everyone locked in and did their part. Huge thank you to escrow, the buyer’s agent, the buyer, my seller, the inspectors, and the technicians. It really took everyone working together to make it happen.

People always ask if the right buyer is out there, and the answer is yes. Sometimes it just takes the right timing. In this case, the buyer’s agent told me their client is absolutely over the moon, and we love hearing that.

Did I manage to ding up my sign a little getting it removed? Sure did! But I’d much rather my sign take the hit than damage the buyer’s newly acquired property. I’ll call that a win.

It was a hot one out here in the valley, but sometimes you’ve just got to sweat a little to get the job done.
