126-128 Sunnyside. This is a really neat property with two different houses on one lot. A couple interesting/fun things about this particular home is that the county public records showed it to be much newer. But certain clues/features made us wonder, one being the limestone foundation... Turns out, after we dug in the confidential records we discovered this house was ACTUALLY from the late 1800s. The 2nd is that there was a 2nd chimney stack visible in the attic, and it was from a fireplace hidden behind the kitchen wall! Super neat, digging and sleuthing in to old records is a neat part of this job!
