🎉🤠 Congratulations to the winner of our 2026 64th Annual PRCA Rodeo Giveaway, Ms. Kathleen Farrell🤠🎉

Ms. Kathleen was unable to stop by and pick up her prize in person because she was busy running her school bus route in Durant for the summer school program — and we all know that takes a very special person! 🚌❤️ We appreciate all that you do for the kids and in your community.

We did, however, get the pleasure of meeting her wonderful daughter, Ashley Bowles who stopped by to pick up the giveaway package and take a picture for her mom! 😊

We truly hope you all enjoy the rodeo, the goodies, and make lots of great memories at the 64th Annual PRCA Rodeo! Thank you to everyone who entered, liked, shared, and supported our giveaway. We loved seeing all the excitement and community support!

A heartfelt congratulations to the sellers, Mr. & Mrs. Cooke, on the successful sale of your property to Ms. Tonubbee! 🏡✨ We cannot thank you enough for allowing Choctaw County Abstract & Title to be a part of this special transition. Your kindness, patience, and trust throughout this process truly meant so much to all of us.

And let’s talk about those Crumbl Cookies 🍪😊 — thank you so much for thinking of our office! Gestures like that never go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated more than you know. It is clients like you both that make what we do so rewarding every single day.

We also want to give a huge Hugo hometown shoutout to Mr. Roger R***r with Epique Realty for stepping in and helping tremendously on both sides of this closing. Big congratulations to Ms. Tonubbee on officially becoming a Choctaw County resident! 🏡✨

After 17 years of teaching in the Hugo Public School District, she has always been a part of Choctaw County in our eyes — but today we made it official! We are so excited for you and thankful we got to be a part of such a special moment.

A huge shoutout as well to Scott Miles with ExP Realty for helping guide Ms. Tonubbee through this wonderful process and helping get this one across the finish line. Teamwork always makes these moments even sweeter!
