Seeking an experienced contractor/team for a full exterior renovation on a 2-family property in Dorchester, MA.

Project includes:

* Coordination of asbestos siding removal
* Removal of underlying clapboards/sheathing
* Full siding replacement / exterior envelope work
* PVC/composite trim, fascia & soffits
* Front porch + stair rebuild with slab footing
* Rear deck & stair removal & rebuild with footings
* Modern railing systems
* Awning/metal roof detail
* Exterior lighting coordination
* Finish/detail-oriented modern exterior design
* Roof repair where needed
* Gutter & downspouts

Must:

* Be licensed & fully insured
* Carry liability insurance
* Offer a workmanship warranty/guarantee on completed work
* Have a full crew/team
* Speak English
* Owner/principal of company must be actively involved in and overseeing the project
* Have experience managing larger exterior renovation projects
* Be experienced with waterproofing/exterior envelope systems
* Be comfortable coordinating asbestos removal and multiple trades
* Be fully versed in handling permits/inspections
* Be organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
* Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
* Have references and photos of comparable work

This is not a basic siding job — seeking a contractor experienced with higher-end exterior finishes, modern detail work, and full project coordination.

Owner is fully prepared with scope of work/material direction and looking to start ASAP.
