I spent my early years in Fairless Hills and moved to Washington Crossing when I was 9 years old. I am a graduate of Council Rock High School Class of 1986. I moved to Levittown about 15 years ago and have lived in Holly Hill and Red Cedar Hill. I now reside in Red Rose Gate with my husband, Rob, daughter, Grace, son Robby and daughter Lily. oved to our current home four years ago and I have complete understanding of the selling and buying process first-hand! Rehabs, short-sales, selling in a down market - I have experienced it all. I am also a graduate of Rider University Class of 1990 and have a BS in Business Administration. After college I spent 12 years in the Direct Marketing business working with clients such as Capital One and Citibank as well as numerous other publishers and catalog companies with their direct mail and email marketing efforts. Now, I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers in Real Estate. With Buyers, I provide all of the necessary steps and information to take the guesswork and fear out of the process. I am honest when it comes to showing homes - pointing out where work is needed, as well as highlights of the home. When I am working with Sellers, I assume the responsibility of making sure all of the township requirements are met, recommend vendors and provide staging advice. If needed, I also advise Sellers what improvements should be done to make the home sell faster and for a higher price. I have worked with Real Estate Excel, Exit Realty, Keller Williams - Langhorne and most recently, Realty Mark Elite and Bucks Realty. In 2015 I joined Century 21 Veterans. We have two locations, one in Newtown and another in Levittown. The owners, broker and many of the agents have years of experience in the business of real estate.
