The most expensive mistake a seller can make is choosing an agent based on the highest suggested list price.
I’ve seen sellers choose an agent who promised they could get $100K more than the market supported. Months, multiple price drops, & $10,000’s in carrying costs later, the home sold for around the same price it could have sold for from the beginning.
Pricing isn’t about chasing the highest number, it’s about maximizing your net proceeds.
I’d rather tell you the truth up front than tell you a fairytale just to win your business.
The right price attracts buyers. The wrong price attracts price reductions.

This house and I have a little history… 🏡💙

It was once my home, and now I’ve had the privilege of selling it TWICE. I’d say that’s a pretty good relationship!
