Reading some of these testimonies from some of my recent sales and I can’t help but feel accomplished. 😊

Not because I closed the deal or because I finally got paid, but because I reached my goal of building genuine relationships with people and making them feel safe and comfortable when working with me as their realtor.

🥳Congratulations to this group of gentlemen for purchasing their first investment property together.

When they originally contacted me to help them buy, this property was already under contract with another buyer and agent. When I reached out to them about the status, it turned out that they were having difficulty getting it closed.

Due to certain circumstances, this property was difficult to get financing approval, but I was determined to find a way to get my buyers this deal. Once that first transaction fell through, I slid my way in there and got my guys under contract before it went back on the market. Brainstorming a way to get this done, I was able to come up with an idea that was a win-win for both parties.

In the end, my buyers got the keys, and an even better deal than what we originally had planned for. Once again, it matters who you work with and at some point, experience does matter. 👩🏼‍💻 Choose your Realtor wisely because it might be the only chance you get in obtaining the property you truly desire.

🎉Congratulations to my buyer for purchasing her 2nd home! This independent young lady, has made big girl moves that others who are much older than her are still scared to make.

I admire her for her courage, determination and focus to achieve what she sets her mind to. And of course, I am extremely grateful for helping her with her 3rd real estate transaction and being part of such an important chapter of her life. 🤩

🙏Returning clients are always extra special to my business because it proves that they were satisfied after the 1st time we worked together and trusted me to get the job done right more than once.

💡When the pandemic hit, a lot of homebuyers put their home buying process on hold, unsure of what was to come, but not her. 💁🏼‍♀️ My client was determined to get herself into a home despite any uncertainties the world faced at that time and guess what?It paid off!

In 2020 she was able to score an amazing deal on a cute 4 bed, 2 bath for only $155,000! Fast forward, 5 years later she sold that same property for $40,000 more!

Goes to show that sometimes you just have to take that leap of faith and trust that everything will work out one way or another.
