Congratulations to my wonderful sellers The Hudgins, on the sale of their home (yesterday) and purchase of their new one (today)! 🏡❤️

Our story actually started with her saving me from anaphylactic shock the second time we met 😅 and somehow our real estate journey was almost just as eventful! After a deal fell apart last year, we finally made it to the closing table yesterday—and even negotiated an early move-in on their purchase so they could get settled before closing.

🏡❤️ Some closings are about so much more than a real estate transaction, and this one will stay with me for years to come.
Just two months ago, the Willoughbys experienced the unimaginable. Their home was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. In an instant, everything changed. Can you imagine standing there watching the home you love disappear before your eyes?

What began as a client relationship has become a friendship I know will last far beyond this transaction.
And after closing last week, we stood outside Hometown Title and prayed together. I've never done that after a closing before, but I can't imagine ending this journey any other way. We thanked God for His guidance, His perfect timing, and for the countless blessings that carried this sweet family through one of the hardest seasons of their lives.
