OFFICIALLY FUNDED! 🔑🏡

Now I get to do one of my favorite parts of real estate—hand over the keys! 🎉

Here’s something many buyers don’t realize: signing your closing documents doesn’t always mean you get the keys right away.

Before keys can be released, the transaction typically needs to fund. And sometimes funding can be delayed due to:

🔑 Funds still being received or processed
📄 Missing documents from the buyer or seller
💵 A cashier’s check needing verification
🏦 Final lender or title requirements

That’s why I tell my clients: we celebrate when we get the words “officially funded!” 🙌

Once funding is confirmed and the transaction is ready for possession according to the contract… it’s KEY TIME! 🔑🏡
