It’s always a pleasure sharing the journey with those that are yearning to listen and learn because we once were in the same spot . For the month of June , I did a class with the mentees with choosing a topic I was going to be comfortable with. So I chose “ Thinking outside of the box “ . Why did I choose this ?
One day one time when I was interviewing brokers as a new realtor , one particular one told me that I couldn’t make it in real estate because I wasn’t from Houston and didn’t have Friends or family … we had just moved here after my hubby finished his military contract and so we were for sure new in Houston . …..
That broker judged me without knowing who Elsa was . I didn’t let that hold me down though so I went and interviewed somewhere else …… I have been grinding ever since and it’s not about to stop …it’s only God who knows your destiny so what we do , is to keep working alongside him and follow the path that he’s prepared for you …. Somebody else helped us and so it’s time to pay it forward. ….
Am excited on my book writing journey so stay tuned ….

On hold with for this long . Have had issues with my phone for About 1 month 2 weeks now . I can barely get two bars , calls dropping , when am sending text messages I have to send 2-3 times for it to go through . I got tired today and decided to call . Like they said on 5/19 that there was an outage in my area it is still the same case as of today . Nobody notified me or affected customers . So after calling and getting transferred from tech support to customer retention This is how long I have been on hold and still going …. Last time I worked at att call center we used to take care of customer complaints and not escalate . Today I have talked to 2 supervisors already and on hold for the third one …. Let’s see how long it will take for them to resolve this ….

Our listing in Amira community Tomball is officially under contract. This home took a little more patience to find the right buyer who truly fell in love with everything that this home offers. Along the way, we received some offers but they didn’t work in favor of the sellers .
We kept pushing on , showing up even when we didn’t have to and we finally found the right buyer .
We held multiple open houses , even this past Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday literally being the only open house in the neighborhood. Do you know what it turned out to? An opportunity for the buyers to come take a look for the second time and guess what ? Another opportunity for them to bring their whole family to tour on Easter Sunday after Church.
We literally seized all the opportunities that we could find to showcase this home and we are truly happy for the sellers and the new buyers .
When you love what you do , you will definitely show up even when no one else is .!!!!
