Hannah and I had the pleasure of volunteering at Society of St. Stephen this morning right here in our own community. Probably one of our favorites we’ve done to date. And we’ve been lucky enough to do some really awesome volunteer work in our community.

If you don’t know, SOSS is a community outreach program that provides food and clothing to members of the community at no cost to them.

Sounds great, I know. Because it is. 📣‼️But here’s where you can help! SOSS is in immediate NEED of donations. Like yesterday! 📣‼️

➖ MENS CLOTHING:
▪️small and medium clothing section is BARE. S/M shirts would be AMAZING!
▪️They have nothing in the way of pants for men is size 30,32,34.
▪️AND a handful of men’s shoes is all that lines the shelves. New and already loved would be great!
▪️Undergarments: boxers/briefs (MUST BE BRAND NEW!) and socks
➖ WOMENS CLOTHING:
▪️Maternity clothing
▪️Dresses
▪️Undergarments: panties (MUST BE BRAND NEW!) and socks
▪️Purses/bags
➖ CHILDRENS CLOTHING:
▪️time to purge your children’s clothes and shoes before back to school shopping! 🫶
➖ HOUSEWARES:
▪️Anything is helpful here as they do not have much.

‼️CRITICAL NEED: The pantry at SOSS is running extremely low on all non-perishable food items‼️

🔆 SOSS takes donations most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30-12:00. If these days do not work for you, I’d be more than happy to coordinate with you to get your donations to them. Shoot me a text 📲281-841-8700

It’s closing day today for our sellers! 🍾 And what a closing day it is!

Our seller was truly a rockstar thru the entire process. 16 offers to review while exciting, would also be daunting to most. We took the time to go thru each offer and present all information in one location that would make comparing all offers a breeze! We negotiated the best deal possible for our clients that included above list price with an appraisal waiver! Why is this important? When this particular appraisal came in under our contracted sales price, guess who was NOT stressed about what to do?! Our clients! Because we were able to negotiate this appraisal waiver on the front end, we were able to ensure our sellers were protected and able to close while saving them the stress of what to do now. ❤️ I LOVE it when a plan comes together!

Using our experience in negotiations to save them $15,000 👀 in buyer requested repairs is a story for another day 😜 We absolutely love what we do!
