I love me a repeat client! Just closed on a great fixer upper that he is going to make so beautiful!

Buyers think that they have to give sellers everything in this market…but maybe you just need me as your Realtor! I got this buyer $8k in concessions, a NEW roof, Title paid by seller, and a home warranty!

I participated in “Adopt a Teacher” this year and I provided two teachers at Kingwood elementary schools baskets of items they need for their students and classroom. This SWEET as can be teacher also happens to be my friends daughters first grade teacher (it was a happy coincidence!) so choosing to do this made me feel that much better!

Something so small can mean so much to someone. Spread kindness and gratitude where you can. 🤗

Yesterday was officially closing day for my seller. 🎉 we had such a smooth transaction until some bumps in the road with the lender at the end (scary times with some of these buyers!) but I worked HARD and was relentless to get this home SOLD! Congrats Roger Ledford and thank you Angela for dealing with my million phone calls! 🤪

If not…then you need a new Realtor. 🤪

I work diligently when determining the market value of a home and for all of my listings I make full appraisal packets to fight for my sellers to get top dollar and avoid any type of appraisal issues.
