What a relief to finally make it to the closing table! This one was truly for the books. My buyers are officially homeowners, and I couldn’t be happier for them.

It was a bumpy ride and an emotional roller coaster filled with challenges, delays, and uncertainty, but we never gave up. Today, all of that perseverance paid off.

Today is a bittersweet moment for me as I watch my youngest son graduate high school. 🎓❤️

As parents, we spend years guiding, teaching, encouraging, and loving our children through every stage of life. Parenting never truly ends, but tonight marks the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another—your journey into adulthood and independence.

Seeing my last son walk across that stage fills my heart with so much pride, gratitude, and emotion. It feels like just yesterday you were taking your first steps, and now you’re ready to take on the world.

Spread your wings and fly, son. Chase your dreams, embrace new adventures, and never forget how loved you are. I am incredibly proud of the young man you’ve become and excited to see where life takes you next.

To the memories only you will remember,
To the sacrifices your children may never fully understand until the day they become parents themselves,
To the invisible pain no one else will ever see,
To the pain of abandonment when you feel forgotten, unseen, and judged,
To the sleepless nights no one knew about,
To the tears cried in silence so your children could feel safe,
To the prayers whispered when no one was listening,
To putting yourself last so everyone else could have more,
To carrying the emotional weight of a family without ever asking for recognition,
To the worry that never leaves your heart, even when your children are grown,
To the strength you had to find on the days you wanted to break,
To loving through disappointment, exhaustion, loneliness, and heartbreak,
