I have a vast knowledge of the new and resale home markets, new home construction, loan process, home inspections and leasing markets. I have been a top producing Realtor all of my career. I have served on the Agent Leadership Council for our office. The ALC serves as a liasion between the agents and the ownership and is the decision making entity in our office. Along with serving my community, I
consider this to be an honor and privilege. My professional career began as an administrative assistant in my father's construction business. My knowledge of commercial and residential construction, provides my clients with valuable information. I bring with me the management experience received from being a team leader for a Fortune 500 Management Consulting Firm in Downtown Houston. I led a team that produced extensive presentations for such industries as oil & gas, information technology and energy. I worked with many top executives in the management consulting field both nationally and internationally so I am very comfortable in conducting business both here & abroad. Working as and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Relations at one of the leading computer manufacturing companies in the country, I gained valuable experience in multi-tasking, exceptional organizational skills and the ability listen to client needs and produce positive results. I later went on to own and operate a successful property management business. I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. I attribute my skills and talents learned and practiced from my previous career to my success as a Texas Realtor. I take pride in my business and it shows. I help my clients understand every part of the process. I welcome and encourage their questions. I feel one of my best assets is "the buck stops here" mentality. I take ownership of any issue and with my experience, bring resolution quickly. Honesty and integrity are the principles I live by. On a personal note, I enjoy snow, water skiing and softball. I attended Baylor University where I studied Business and was a proud member of the Baylor University Women's Softball team in Waco, Texas.
