Having resided in the Houston area for 7 years, Ashley has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Houston area and is dedicated to listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties, buildings and neighborhoods that best suit their needs. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most. Having been in education for over ten years, Ashley has become adept at catering and adapting to the varying needs of her clients. She serves the entire Houston area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties, one-family and multi-residential properties. Raised in Ohio, Ashley attended Bowling Green State University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mild-Moderate Intervention Specialist and continued on to complete her Masters in Educational leadership. She then studied at the top real estate company, Champions Real Estate, becoming well-versed in the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. She brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. As an agent, Ashley understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Year 37 🎂✨

This birthday was everything I didn’t know I needed!

My husband woke up Saturday like, “So… we going to Cancun or what?” 👀✈️ And by 5:00am Sunday, we were on our way! Life hack: marry someone who takes celebrating your birthday personally/seriously 😌💕

I swore I didn’t want to do anything this year, but I’m so glad he pushed me. A quick getaway was the perfect reset.

Here’s to more learning, more ex*****on, and more growth in year 37. Let’s go! 🥂🌱

Yup… buyer’s financing fell through 💔😩

But here’s the thing:
This is all part of the real estate game. Especially in the world of investing.

Takeaway lessons:
✨ Always have a backup plan.
✨ Pre-approval is not a guarantee — financing can fall apart last minute.
✨ Stay emotionally detached from timelines… but never from the goal.
✨ Keep the mindset: delay ≠ denial.

The good news? This beautiful property is available again… and that next buyer is coming. 💪🏾🏡

✨ I’m in the season of discovering just how resilient I can be to reach my goals… and also actively achieving them.

Purchasing my first investment property took forever. The obstacles felt endless, and at times, it all seemed impossible. But I kept pushing forward, learning so much along the way.

It still feels surreal to say my investment property is UNDER CONTRACT right now! 🙌🏾 There are plenty of steps left until we close, but today I’m choosing to celebrate this small victory.

I’ll never forget how distant and impossible this dream once felt. And now… I’m actively living it.

So if you’re in a season where your goal feels out of reach, hear me when I say: No matter how far away it seems, keep believing it’s possible.
