Five years after building this home, we were back to install a custom driveway border and give the entrance an upgraded, polished look. It’s always rewarding to see our homes continue to evolve with the families who live in them.

Getting ready for one of the most exciting steps—the concrete pour 👷‍♂️

This slab-on-grade home is prepped and ready, complete with in-floor heating installed. Once the concrete is poured, those heating lines will be locked in, creating an energy-efficient system that provides consistent, comfortable heat throughout the entire home.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes steps that makes a huge difference in long-term comfort and performance.
