Summary

The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include maintaining property rentals, marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants, enforcing leases and securing premises.

Essential Functions

• Send out all verification forms and keep accurate record of when they were sent and received.
• Process all income verifications and prepares Tax Credit calculations in a timely manner.
• Works closely with Compliance Specialist to obtain additional information, correct errors, and complete the Tenant Income Certification (TIC) as needed. Follows up with applicants to ensure a timely move-in.

Summary
As Accountant, you will work in a management/officer role in a property management company. Responsibility for accounting and financial management of the company including property income and expenses, managing operating accounts, making budgetary projections, and financial reports. In addition, you will manage bank accounts and other assets, ensure compliance with regulations and complete other financial management tasks and functions. Your direct supervisor will be the Controller.

Essential Functions
• Review property incomes and expenses and bring any discrepancies, problems, or questions to Property Manager’s attention.
• Work with the Property Manager’s to ensure property operating accounts are maintained at a positive level and set up a control system to stabilize cash situations for financially troubled properties.
• Monitor property investment needs with the Property Managers and arrange for surplus funds and escrows to be invested on a monthly basis.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Uses company-supplied materials and equipment and understands and conveys manufacturer’s recommendations and directions regarding same to others. This is a line position with direct impact on company funds.

2. Trouble-shoots, diagnoses, and corrects major heating failures (i.e., replace heat strips, etc.).

3. Completes preventive maintenance as necessary.

Summary

As Senior Accountant, you will work in a senior management/executive officer role in a private real estate management and development company. Responsibility for accounting and financial management of the company including payroll, accounts payable, managing client portfolios and making budgetary projections. In addition, you will manage bank accounts and other assets, ensure compliance with regulations and complete other financial management tasks and functions.
