Joseph Longobardi(VanDyk) is truly the best! He worked hard to get me a great interest rate, was extremely responsive, and made the entire mortgage process smooth and stress-free.

While I wish I could have been down in Florida for this closing, I was there in spirit!

Congratulations to this veteran on his new home purchase down in sunny Florida!

I've been working with this client for about 5 years now as she tried to find a home that met her needs. She was referred to me by past clients who knew their daughter wanted to buy a home.

Recently, a relative said he wanted to sell his home to her. I explained how to structure the purchase with a gift of equity so she wasn't bringing any money to closing.

This past Monday, she became a first-time home owner!

I think she doubted it was ever going to happen up to me telling her she was clear to close (although...I still think she doubted me!).

Congratulations to You!
