“Felt like absolute crap today. Tired, achy, every excuse in the book telling me to skip the workout. But I showed up anyway. Not for the gains, not for the aesthetics— but because I refuse to let feeling ‘off’ control me. Discipline > motivation. I started off sluggish, finished up stronger. Body still tired, but mind? Unstoppable. Show up, even when it sucks.
