Another property sold, another happy customer! This one had its challenges as my clients new construction was not scheduled to be completed until February. But we negotiated a fair leaseback option and we were able to get his house sold and keep him in the home! He was able to capitalize on a hot market and the buyer was able to secure a wonderful home while the interest rates were still around all time lows! They both win! Problem solving is what I do.
