First-time homebuyer journey! We saw a few homes, learned a few lessons, and then—boom—we found “the one.” 🏡✨ So grateful and super excited for what’s next! 🎉

🏡✨ WE FINALLY FOUND THE ONE! ✨🏡
After a week of exploring communities, touring homes, driving many miles, sipping coffee, enjoying some great local spots—and narrowing down what truly felt like home… we found it! ❤️
111 Rutledge Road in Mount Holly is officially the one! 🎉

I absolutely love helping relocation clients navigate not just the home search, but the whole experience of discovering where they want to plant their roots. From Mount Holly to Stanley, Denver, Mooresville, Salisbury, Matthews and beyond, we explored so much of what makes the Charlotte region special.
And then… that feeling when you walk into a house and just know. 🥰

Here’s to new beginnings, exciting adventures, and making this beautiful house HOME. 🏡💚

Congratulations to my wonderful clients! I can’t wait to see all the memories you’ll make here. ❤️

Welcome home to Mount Holly! ✨

From the Midwest to the Carolinas ✨
Relocation clients truly have my heart—there’s something so special about getting to share all the reasons I love living here and helping others find their place in it.
We spent 3 full days touring 17 homes (yes… 17 😅), exploring, dreaming, and narrowing it down—and we found the one 🏡💙 Walking distance to beautiful Lake Wylie? Yes, please!
It was a bit of an adventure, but those are always the best kinds of house hunts. I couldn’t be more excited to welcome this sweet family to South Carolina! 🌴☀️
Cheers to new beginnings and lake life ahead! 🥂
