It's time for revaluation.

North Carolina law requires this at least every eight years. Mecklenburg County conducts revaluation every four years to keep the property values closer to the market, prevent large swings, and help residents stay informed about the process.

Take steps to make sure we get your value as accurate as possible:
1. Check your property info online before January 1 at Reval.MeckNC.gov.
2. Submit any changes to correct possible errors.
3. Learn more about the process at an upcoming meeting in your city or town.
