Crisp weather calls for a warm crisp straight from the skillet. It’s the easy you can pull together on a weeknight. Top with ice cream and thank us later.
Recipe: Toss 4 cups sliced apples with 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in a buttered oven-safe skillet. Mix ½ cup oats, ¼ cup flour, ¼ cup brown sugar, 4 Tbsp cold butter; crumble over apples. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
