I’m grateful to be on track with my goal of creating five courses—including my online learning system. It hasn’t been easy, especially with multi-state requirements, but I’m thankful for the progress.

Today was a big win—Winning Grounds with Ethics is officially approved in NC! I always take a little extra time with NC courses to get them right the first time, and it paid off.

I planned to use another ethics course, but I’m excited to teach it on March 25 with Cha Sears-Barefield of DRB Homes, on April 1 with Sean Sowers of Uwharrie, and super grateful to the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® for booking it for June 4 weeks ago (register at the CTAR site).

This will be fun, and the best part is that two events are free to attend!!

It was inspired during a post-Christmas visit with my business partner (formerly known as my “work husband” 😅).

He mentioned a title he didn’t know what to do with and generously passed it to me — Winning Grounds.🤩

Y’all… I left there with no clue what I was supposed to do with that gift other than honor it. But somewhere between their driveway and mine, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I knew exactly what it was meant to be.😇

It’s now my new land course — focused on ethics and best practices (because these land scams are no joke).😩

And yes… we’re bringing Monopoly, Bingo, and Tic-Tac-Toe into the classroom — all with an ethics twist. 🎲🏡
