Mortgage rates are very similar to where they were after the market crash in 2006. If the same trend follows rates should start to decline.
Now might be a good time to get ahead of the crowds and secure a home with the plan of refinancing when the rates actually do decline.
This way you get the home you want and then get the rate you want later.
