Congratulations to my amazing client on their beautiful new home in Villa Balboa with partial ocean views! 🌊

Originally listed at $899,000 and later reduced to $879,000, we successfully negotiated an incredible purchase price of $845,000, plus a 2 year home warranty and seller paid repairs before closing. A great outcome all around!

One fun fact about this transaction… I negotiated my client’s offer while sitting on a beach in Mexico. 🌴 Real estate doesn’t stop when you’re out of town, and neither do I. My clients know they’re always my priority, and it matters who you choose to represent you.
