In progress - DT HB Remodel

Home built in 1926. In keeping with the original architecture I had my framer open up the walls, while repeating the arched look. Once drywall, patched, and painted it will look like nothing was altered.

However by making this simple change I’ve added 45” to the opening and created a more open flow between the kitchen and dining room. To top it off I’m now able to add a 4.5’x3’ island. Previously we were only able to fit a very small butcher block island with no seating.

Irvine Bathroom Remodel

Turned this drab and dated bathroom into a contemporary and classic space for the home owner.

By bringing the tile to the ceiling in the shower area it draws your eyes all the way up making the space look bigger even though we didn’t add any square footage. Added a niche with a decorative mosaic tile creating a functional design element. Also with the lighter color scheme it helps to create a more open space.
