Excelling in the areas of leadership, administration and negotiation, Victor continually searched for new and challenging opportunities in the field. Victor earned his real estate license at 18, then progressing to real estate investing at age 19. All throughout, Victor managed his real estate activities while earning a degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. From the beg
inning of his career, Victor understood the importance of treating each client with the utmost care and respect, listening to their goals and expectations and reaching high to exceed them. His motto remains, “Treat each customer as if they were your ONLY customer”. This motto reflects his commitment to each and every person he works with and is the foundation for his continually growing and loyal clientele base throughout his 10 year career in the real estate. As his career progressed, Victor had the benefit of working with some of the most versatile and intellectual real estate brokers in the Orange County area. This experience allotted him the added expertise of working directly with banks and his customers as a real estate loan broker, for the period of 2 years. With his well-formed understanding of many areas of the industry, Victor takes pleasure in helping both his buyers and his sellers make a well-informed, secure decision when it comes to negotiating the deal. While working as an in-demand real estate broker remains a top priority, Victor recognizes the need to help others through works of charity. Whether it be on a mission trip to Africa or helping pack food items for those in need, he will likely be found on the road and trail, racing for numerous causes and charities and will be next seen in the ING New York City Marathon on November 6th 2011. In addition to real estate, Victor still maintains his first business, H.B. Maids™ as an added resource in helping clients get their homes sold. Currently, Victor can be found working with Century 21, Beachside Realtors® in the beautiful city of Huntington Beach, CA.
