I specialize in the Orange County and Greater Long Beach areas and spend most of my time working in Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, Cypress, Los Alamitos, and Rossmoor. Prior to the Real Estate business, I worked for many years in the Advertising/Sales/Marketing fields (at newspapers and multimedia companies including the L.A. Newspaper Group and AT&T). I was in charge of
selling, developing and managing short term and long term multimedia marketing campaigns for clients and consulted with them on an ongoing basis to get results. It involved sales, marketing, relationship building, creative planning, negotiation, coordination and ex*****on of detailed marketing plans in partnership with my clients. What I truly enjoyed about the Advertising business, and likewise love about the Real Estate business, is the close partnerships and relationships with my clients.
