Well it looks like I was the first to sell one of the new condos under construction at 414 Main St next to Jax bikes and Salt yesterday. With the garage level complete the 1st level commercial is starting to be constructed (with 3 levels of residential next). They are scheduled to close next June but are accepting deposits as of this week. If you know anyone that may want to jump on one with a pier and ocean view, I've spent the last couple of weeks with the builder's contact figuring out the details from contracts, parking, approx unit locations/size/views/etc. so feel free to reach out. 1 BR facing Main looking toward the pier start from just over $1.3M and range up to a a corner penthouse 2 BR topping out at $2.89M. 20 total units. Best part is you have contingencies to cancel into next year, so lock one up now before they all are reserved and watch how the market progresses!
