• Laguna Beach (-25.1%)
📈 Inventory growing in:

Many Orange County cities continue to experience limited inventory, while a few are seeing more homes come to market. Whether you’re buying or selling, understanding your local market—not just the county as a whole—is key to making informed decisions.
📝 Quick note about these reports: Inventory market data is released about one month behind, so August’s numbers typically become available toward the end of September.
Curious about what’s happening in your neighborhood? I’d be happy to share a local market update. 🏡
