Everyone did a really good job , from the lender to the sellers agent and the seller. I really enjoyed this escrow 👍

She was going for a mobile 🏠 , however after explaining her the pros and cons we got her pre approved for 400k 🤯
That put her in position to buy a real 🏠 that will appreciate with time 📈🆙
Now for the kicker , We only met one time and viewed only one 🏠 😲
That exactly what I’m talking about. Once you are pre approved and have a clear understanding of what you can aim for , it is sooooo easy for me to find you the right 🏠 And once you view the 🏠 online religiously !!! Everyday !!! it is extremely simple to schedule the right showings. This is a perfect case scenario. Oh and the Down Payment ... 😮 is only ❗️ $2,000, closing costs included ❗️
I know right, It’s practically a free 🏠 Now all we have to do it to manage the to close smoothly.

I met my client online and we started to aggressively shop around. They did a great job funneling and viewing 🏠 online and in person.
2 weeks later we got into escrow on their dream 🏠 in
All it takes is to follow the process.

The seller and their Realtor were great to work with thus far as well which made the process more pleasant. All that is left to do now is to close this amazing 🏠

I met this client online ❄️
I showed them 1 house 🏠 and that was it 🔥
They were very nice and knowledgeable. They have being in the air force for many years so that was awesome serving them with the 🏠
As always we aim for a smooth escrow however should things come up we handle them 💪👊
As we got into escrow we got the news that this home will not qualify for their VA Loan. Usually we turn around and find another house. In this case we put our thinking cap on, came up with a plan and executed. 45 days later the HOA is VA approved so any other military person can take advantage of the benefits 🇺🇸 offered to them.
Everyone did an amazing job on this transaction from the clients to the lender and the other party as well. Thank you 🙏 all !
