In 1992 encouraged by Josephine (his now current wife and love of his life), Ron earned his real estate license. However, Ron’s drive and positive mental attitude fu
eled his success. As a first generation immigrant, his modest upbringing and strong family inspired morals encouraged him to make the best of what was available. Ron was compelled to embrace a new life in America and to help his parents and siblings make the most of the opportunity. He embraced leadership responsibility, serving as a Student Body President in his inner-city high school, accepting leadership roles in college, and finally ownership of a real estate and mortgage brokerage. Today he also serves as a committee chair for Orange County REALTORS® and represents the organization as Director of the California Association of REALTORS®. After graduating with a business management and human resources degree and holding corporate positions in both disciplines, Ron embraced his entrepreneurial spirit as a REALTOR®. For two years Ron was mentored by a highly successful REALTOR®. He learned the basics and alternative sources of real estate sales through investment, foreclosure, short, court, trust, divorce and relocation sales. With more than 4000 sales transactions as a REALTOR®, Broker/Owner and Managing Broker to his credit, Ron’s clientele expect and receive the highest level of professionalism. He is trusted to handle complex transactions such as a trustee listing sale for a COO of publically traded company where discretion was paramount, an investor purchase a residential property with a margin for profit, commercial properties, and representation of a corporate attorney in the listing of his home to a civil attorney. On a personal note, Ron’s free time is happily spent with his family. Outdoor activities and travel complete his life away from work. Family membership to St. Bonaventure Parish and many years as a volunteer at the local YMCA provide spiritual fulfillment.
