• not thinking about resale early on
• hiring the cheapest option instead of the right one

Sometimes it’s just grabbing a chair, watching my husband catch a few waves, and enjoying a few hours by the ocean.

Being a realtor is one of the best jobs … but it’s also exhausting, emotional, chaotic, frustrating, and unpredictable sometimes 😂

But honestly? I’d never trade it for anything.

This transaction is a great reminder of why working with the right Realtor matters.

You can find “the one” fast but then be crippled by issues that come up during inspections.

A lot of people only see the “offer accepted” and “closed” part of real estate 🤍. And many only care about the results, (which btw we got our buyer):

✨Additional $10,000 price reduction
✨Closed in 21 Days

What people don’t see are the conversations, problem-solving, negotiations, and behind-the-scenes work that happen in between to protect a client and help them feel confident in one of the biggest decisions of their life.

Yesterday was such a special day for our family 🤍

Watching Hannah graduate was emotional in the best way. Not just because of the diploma, but because of everything it took to get here.

The hard work, determination, creativity, late nights, perseverance, and growth through every season. What makes me most proud isn’t just what she accomplished, it’s the person she’s become along the way.

Yesterday we celebrated not just her graduation, but her entire journey ✨ Forever proud of you Hannah 🤍
