29 years ago, we said “I do,” and somehow here we are... still laughing, still annoying each other, and still choosing each other every day. ❤️

We’ve been through so many seasons together, raised a family, created countless memories, and built a life I’m incredibly grateful for.

Life isn’t always perfect, but having the right person by your side makes all the difference.

Happy 29th Anniversary to my best friend and favorite adventure. I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else. 🥂❤️

After 22 years in real estate, I’ve seen what actually adds value and what doesn’t.

If I were buying or updating my own home today, these are things I’d avoid:

• spending too much on upgrades that won’t increase value
• choosing trendy over timeless finishes
• ignoring layout and flow
• poor lighting choices
• DIY work that looks unfinished
• skipping inspections or due diligence
• removing storage for aesthetics
• neglecting curb appeal
• not thinking about resale early on
• hiring the cheapest option instead of the right one

Being a realtor is one of the best jobs … but it’s also exhausting, emotional, chaotic, frustrating, and unpredictable sometimes 😂

You can find “the one” fast but then be crippled by issues that come up during inspections.

A lot of people only see the “offer accepted” and “closed” part of real estate 🤍. And many only care about the results, (which btw we got our buyer):

✨All Repairs Completed
✨LARGE Buyer Credit Secured
✨Additional $10,000 price reduction
✨Closed in 21 Days

What people don’t see are the conversations, problem-solving, negotiations, and behind-the-scenes work that happen in between to protect a client and help them feel confident in one of the biggest decisions of their life.
