In addition to Joanne’s resale background, she has held Sales Management positions with two new home developers: Heritage Homes and the Dahl Company. Joanne managed their Huntington Seacliff area operations and sold many new
homes in the Seacliff area. Joanne first embarked on her real estate career during the downturn that occurred in California back in the early 1990’s. It was that experience that helped shape Joanne’s philosophy to “over deliver” on client expectations. Curt Chivers is a former Fortune 500 sales and marketing executive for such companies as Prime Computer where he held positions in sales, mid-level management and eventually Director level management positions. He worked for KPMG Consulting as a Business Development Manager just prior to making his move in the real estate. Curt earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Utah State University. Curt has leveraged his extensive business development, sales, and management experience to help build an effective, results oriented, real estate services organization. Putting the client’s interests foremost in the marketing, services plan, and negotiations has also been the driver leading to the continued success of the Chivers Coastal Properties Group. The Group Members average over 18 years of residential real estate experience each. Their team approach is an integral part of their consistent and continued success. Their local market knowledge, specific property/community knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience put their clients in a decidedly strong negotiating position.
