What is it like to live in Brightwater? It's a newer gated community built in the 2000s by Hearthside Homes on the Bolsa Chica mesa in northwest Huntington Beach. The draw is newer construction, larger homes, some with ocean and wetlands views, and trail access to the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve out the gate.
