If you were wondering "is now the right time to sell?" take a look at these statistics.
The biggest change year over year was the average price of detached homes. We went from an average of $1,125,000 in 2020 to $1,504,506 this year. There is a lot more movement in the luxury markets, as well as the huge increase in pricing we have all been seeing. The other thing which is quite out of the norm is that inventory is down yet again month over month (.89% decrease for May and if you remember 1% for April) which to have two months in a row of inventory decreasing this time of year is not something, we are all used to.
