Just closed!!! 🏡✨ Huge congrats to my buyers on closing escrow on their forever home!

They decided they were ready to make a big lifestyle change and trade their modern pool home for a ranch style home with land. We have been at this since late last year, and finding the right replacement property was definitely more challenging than expected. Then this one came along after a major price reduction, and the moment we saw it, we knew it was special. It was a little above their original budget, but it checked boxes they did not even know they wanted and completely exceeded their expectations. 🙌🏼
