I'd always wanted to sell one of these charming original cottages from the early days of historic Huntington Beach. Amazing location, right next to the pier, Main Street, and The Strand downtown. You can practically throw a rock to the beach from the front porch. Needless to say, it didn't take long and we got over asking price!
