🏐 Welcome to the Dragon Family, Coach Cailyn Hall! 🐉

Fairland Volleyball is excited to announce the addition of Cailyn Hall as an Assistant Coach for the upcoming season.

A lifelong student of the game, Coach Hall began her volleyball journey at Milton Middle School before continuing her career at Cabell Midland High School and with River Cities Thunder Volleyball Club. Through the sport, she developed the discipline, resilience, communication skills, and teamwork that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.

As she enters her first year of high school coaching, Coach Hall is passionate about helping student-athletes grow not only as volleyball players, but also as confident, hardworking young adults. She believes the lessons learned through athletics extend far beyond the court and is excited to help the next generation experience those same opportunities.

Ring ring… ☎️ The market is calling and buyers are still waiting for more homes to hit the market.

Across the Tri-State, I’m seeing motivated buyers from Grayson to Hurricane actively searching, but inventory is still one of the biggest challenges. While inventory numbers have improved from the historic lows of the last few years, QUALITY inventory is still limited.

What does that mean locally?
• Well-priced homes are still getting attention quickly
• Buyers are watching for new listings daily
• Sellers who have considered moving may have more opportunity than they realize
• Buyers need patience, strategy, and fast action for when the right property hits the market

I’m seeing buyers willing to wait for the right house instead of just A house. This means homes that are updated, move-in ready, and/or realistically priced.

The market may look different than the frenzy of 2021-2022, but demand throughout Appalachia and the Tri-State is still very real. While inventory is up in general, buyers are still competing.

So yes… the market is heating up again. We just need more people to answer the call and list their homes

Nothing like driving around in the golf cart bumpin Bad Bunny with my best friends 🥰 I had the best time at the Golf Scramble! If you didn’t know, all proceeds go to helping local youth leagues 💚 Proud of our committee and our community & lucky to be apart of it.
