We are currently looking to fill a full time maintenance position which you will help aid in maintaining and sometimes updating over 100 units.

This position mainly includes trash pick up, painting, plumbing, cleaning, cutting grass, snow removal and other non listed duties.

Hours are M-F 9am to 3pm with option for more hours.


Requirements:
Must have a truck to move equipment to and from each apartment when working.
Must have experience in plumbing such as changing toilets, sinks faucet, dishwashers, disposals, and other plumbing.
Must be able to paint, patch holes, and clean.
Must be able to cut grass, w**d eat, power wash, remove snow/ salt, and perform other outdoor maintenance duties.
