I have to say my day was brighter when we closed on this home.

I met Rhonda & Derek (aka Paul) after a few calls and texts.

Their conservative budget was one they chose. They could have afforded more. But they are smart thinking! Just because you can afford more, doesn't mean that you have to spend more. These 2 are a perfect example of knowing what you want your house payment to be each month so that you can take vacations, make home improvements, buy a new car! And, keeping in mind, resale value. Young and smart - I love it!
