Wishing all my fellow meditators well! Consistency is key, simple but not always easy

It’s been a month since graduation and I’ve been doing daily transcendental meditation twice a day. I have missed a few sessions to be honest but it is a game changer for those of us with a lot on our mind (which is pretty much everyone)

I was reluctant toward the afternoon meditations but this week I realized it’s necessary to give yourself time to recharge!
