🏡 REALTOR® Safety begins with REALTOR® Awareness 🛡️

Our REALTOR® Safety Committee hosted our annual Situational Awareness event, alongside our speaker, Huntington Police Department Chief of Police, Phil Watkins, and our awesome sponsors Dustin Miller, Lori Harless NMLS #190021, and Brooke Hanna at Rate NMLS 604636 💚

Members visited an actively-listed vacant property, and walked away with ideas of red flags to spot during showings, some non-obvious precautions when meeting new clients, and invaluable strategies to keep safety at the forefront every day.

September is REALTOR® Safety Month, and we are proud to prioritize membership safety by providing tools such as FOREWARN, to all of our membership 🤝🏡
