UNO MAS!!! This one.... man, let me tell you, this deal is the PRIME😉😂(iykyk lol) example of why the right lender matters. Just as it is in most professions, real estate professionals aren't one size fits all. Whether it be your agent or your lender, it is important to make sure they fit right for your specific needs and situations. Brittany Smith at Prime Lending pulled through big time on this one. We would not have been able to close without her. Also side note, did you know you can find me on ChatGPT??? This was new one for me when this client hit me up. She had told me I was recommended to her by good ole Chatty lol.

This one holds a special place in my heart. I first met the seller back when I was a youngin at Marshall. Saw on Facebook she was trying to sell her home one day, reconnected and offered to help her out! Took 7 months in the making but we finally got it closed after a lot of ups and downs. This deal here taught me a lot about patience, trusting the process, and very much that these deals have a lot of moving parts. I gained a new respect for lenders and the hoops they have to jump through to get a deal done!! Shoutout to Haley from C21 and Steph from CrossCountry Mortgage on seeing this one through and not giving up. And once again, shoutout to my Seller for always believing in me. You guys rock! Congrats to the buyers too

Easy-peasy! 2/4 for the week

This buyer from Florida was needing a home for her Med Student son starting at Marshall this year. Showed them a couple homes and found this perfect canvas of a home for my buyer to fix up for her son. Less than 3 weeks later and we are closed!

Shout out to our clients! I represented the buyers side on this one. My buyer and I searched and searched but just couldn't find the right one. Then one day, Will was telling me about a soon to be listing. Realized it was the perfect home for my buyer, then locked it down before it hit the market. One thing I never expect in this business is recognition from the other side of the deal, so receiving a thoughtful gift from the sellers today truly meant a lot.

Helping my buyers get to the closing table was the priority from day one, and I’m grateful everyone involved worked hard to make it happen. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
