We're proud to celebrate The Prichard in Huntington, West Virginia. The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition recently named The Prichard a 2026 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence honoree in the Historic Housing category.

Built in 1926, this historic landmark now houses 108 vibrant, affordable apartments for local seniors. Even better, the building's lower levels house an on-site healthcare facility, bringing essential wellness services right to our residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

Preserving local history while creating a supportive home for the Huntington senior community is the heart of the entire project. Thank you to all of our incredible partners who helped bring this vision to life.

Our lease up is complete, and we could not be more proud of our team for all of their hard work! We are also incredibly grateful for the wonderful residents who now call our community home.

Just because our lease up is complete doesn’t mean you can’t apply, our waitlist is now open!

Please note our office hours have changed. Our office is now open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and closed on Saturdays.
