Congratulations to my Buyers! This one had its fair share of ups and downs and was a nail biter until the very end…. But today we closed smoothly, my clients are happy and that’s my goal every single time! Most people will never truly know the hoops we jump through behind the scenes to make a deal go smoothly, even when it seems like it isn’t. Having the right team of people in your corner can truly make or break a deal. I’m thankful for our great team that helped get this done for our buyers.

I LOVE back to back closing days. Completely updated homes like this one don't come around too often in Del Webb and my seller was thrilled with her results! I helped my client purchase this home in March of 2024 and was so excited when she called me to help her sell it. She completely transformed this home from top to bottom and the new owner is really excited to be getting such a beautiful fresh start! We were under contract just hours after showings began and the buyer came through the Open House. I was so happy to get the chance to talk to him and meet him in person as that doesn't usually happen!
